COVID-19 INFORMATION

Aloha West Hawaii and The Big Island Communities~

Ali`i Ambulatory Surgery Center successfully reopened for outpatient surgical services May 11, 2020.  These services are scheduled through your surgeon’s offices. Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, many processes have been changed to ensure safety.

All members of our team, which includes staff, anesthesia providers and surgeons will be wearing masks, gloves, and goggles or face shields during their interactions with you.  You will be asked to wear a face mask, one which will be provided for you while you are at our facility.  Social distancing will be maintained, appropriately. Our waiting room is currently for patient use only; no outside visitors allowed.

The use of personal protective gear and social distancing is for the safety of our patients, staff, and providers.  We wish to keep our community clear from the effects of COVID-19.  While you are at the facility, please feel free to ask questions regarding our protective gear and safety procedures.  These measures are not to make you uncomfortable, anxious, or fearful.  These precautions are recommendations from the Center of Disease Center (CDC) to increase our protection against the virus.

Aloha and Mahalo for your support and trust in Ali`i Ambulatory Surgery Center!

Mahalo,
